The Skagen Falster 3, for the most part, looks identical to the Falster 2, with a rotating crown and two pushers on the right-hand side. At its core, the smartwatch comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 3100 processor, coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of onboard storage, which is an upgrade from the 512MB of RAM on its predecessor, Falster 2. Sadly, the Falster 3 comes in only one dial size, 42mm, with a 1.3-inch OLED display. Talking more about updates, the smartwatch includes a built-in speaker, which allows for audio notifications, Google Assistant prompts, and the biggest add-on — the ability to listen to phone calls, with added support for Fossil’s proprietary companion app, to allow users to make and receive Bluetooth calls right from their wrist. Among other things, the Falster 3 comes with a range of features such as custom battery modes — that allow you to control which sensors you want active or inactive in a day, extended battery more — that turns off most sensors except for a few essential ones, similar to the Fossil’s Gen 5 smartwatch. In addition to these, the smartwatch also comes with Google Pay support, GPS, NFC, activity tracking, and up to 3ATM (30m) water resistance. Besides the regular Falster 3, Skagen is also introducing a special edition Falster 3, for which it is collaborating with the Norwegian DJ Kygo. The special edition comes in an all-black colorway with a white strap and an X logo on the strap.
