In terms of look and feel, both, the Galaxy A30 and Galaxy A50 come with a plastic frame and a glass back on the back and share the same type and size of the display. However, the differentiating factor between both smartphones is the SoC, RAM, internal storage, and camera configurations. The Galaxy A50 will come in four colours: Black, White, Blue, and Coral, whereas, the Galaxy A30 will miss out on the Coral colour option.

For authentication, the device uses a fingerprint sensor, located on the rear, to lock/unlock the device. In the camera department, the A30 sports a dual (16MP with f/1.7 and 5MP with f/2.2 ultra-wide) camera setup on the rear and a 16MP with f/2.0 and fixed focus sensor on the front for selfies. In the camera department, the A50 sports a triple (25MP with f/1.7, 5MP with f/2.2 for depth-sensing, and 8MP with f/2.4 ultra-wide) camera setup on the rear and a 25MP with f/2.0 and fixed focus sensor on the front for selfies. In addition to Samsung Health, Samsung Pay, Bixby Home, and Bixby Reminder found on the A30, the A50 also features the Bixby Voice and Bixby Vision functionalities, which are missing on the low-priced A30.

As of now, Samsung has not disclosed any information on the pricing and availability of both, the A30 and A50 smartphones. However, it’s likely that the phones would launch in the global market very soon.
