Redmi Note 9 Pro: Design and Display
In terms of design, the Note 9 Pro features an Aura Balance design that incorporates an all-glass approach. The phone comes with splash-proof P2i coating and also offers Corning’s Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both the front and back. Towards the front, it has a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display, which comes with a 20:9 aspect ratio and provides an FHD+ resolution. The phone comes in three color options: Interstellar Black, Aurora Blue, and Glacier White.
Redmi Note 9 Pro: Performance
At its core, the Note 9 Pro has the Snapdragon 720G processor running under the hood, which is a gaming-focussed octa-core processor, built on the 8nm process. Alongside it, there is 4GB / 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB / 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage (expandable up to 512GB with microSD card). To power the internals, the handset includes a 5020mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. As for connectivity, there is support for dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-FI 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, NavIC, and GPS. Furthermore, the handset offers a 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for authentication.
Redmi Note 9 Pro: Camera
For optics, the Note 9 Pro sports a quad-camera setup on the rear, with an LED flash. The setup includes a 48MP primary (Samsung ISOCELL GM2) sensor with f/1.79 aperture, accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 120-degree FoV, a 5MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is a 16MP AI camera for selfies.
