Microsoft Outlook Preview (Free)
Microsoft has released last week the free Word, Excel and PowerPoint apps for Android tablets and also a totally new Outlook app for iPhone, iPad and Android owners. However, the app is in preview state yet, which means some features are limited. The new app will automatically triage your inbox for you, allowing you to swipe to quickly delete, archive, or schedule messages. You can also schedule emails to return to inbox, view and attach any file from your email, OneDrive, Dropbox, and other accounts; and do much, much more.

LibreOffice Viewer (Free)
LibreOffice is the world’s most popular Open Source office tool, and rumor has it that an official app for Android is arleady on the cards. A really useful tool when you’re dealing with a lot of documents from your smartphone or tablet.

Autodesk’s new 123D Sculpt+ app for Android lets you create or sculpt anything. The 3D texturing and painting lets you apply your own photos directly onto the surface of your model, which is a really useful feature. The app also comes with a powerful skeleton builder which makes creating 3D objects quite easy. Even more, the app comes with 3D print ordering so you can turn your digital sculpture into a real physical object delivered to your door.

uCiC (Free)
uCiC is a new app for Android app with a great idea and potential – lets users post requests of photographs they need and receive response from the community. You can select a point of interest on the map and then view all the active users within the chosen radius anonymously. Then you can type in your request and it gets sent to all active users through a push notification. They can then choose to respond to the push notification by taking a pic and sending it back. Thus, they will earn Karma points that they can then use to create new requests.
MakerBot (Free)
The official Android app for owners of MakerBot printers has been officially released on the Play Store. By using it, you can choose a downloadable digital design from Thingiverse or any 3D model file stored in your MakerBot Cloud Library, and then use MakerBot cloud servers to optimize, scale, and slice your design for 3D printing, layer-by-layer. It works with MakerBot Replicator, MakerBot Replicator Mini, and MakerBot Replicator Z18 and requires MakerBot Thingiverse app to be installed.
